For patients

What to expect from your visit.

Your practice uses OneYBT software to schedule visits, see you by video, and keep your record.

In an emergency

YBT Health and YBT Meet are not emergency services. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

Who treats you

Your care comes from your practice and its licensed clinicians. OneYBT makes the software your practice uses. We do not provide medical care, and we do not employ clinicians.

Joining a visit

Your clinician will send you a link. Before you check in, you will see a notice that your visit may be transcribed. Video is never recorded.

Transcription

Transcription helps your clinician write their notes, so they do not have to type while talking with you. Your clinician is responsible for what goes into your record.

If you would rather not be transcribed, ask your clinician to switch it off. It applies to everyone in the session, and it will not affect your care.

If someone else is with you, or will join the visit, tell your clinician so they can be told too.

Your record

Your record belongs to your practice. Its Notice of Privacy Practices explains how your information is used and how to get a copy. Ask your practice for copies of your record.
