Encryption
Patient information is encrypted in transit between your device and our services, and encrypted at rest.
Access
Staff reach only the parts of YBT Health their practice has granted them. Access to patient records in YBT Health is logged.
Video visits
Patient visits are never video recorded. Where a visit is transcribed, what remains afterwards is the transcription record and the digital note drawn from it, each retained under your practice’s own retention policy. Your clinician decides what from a transcription belongs in the patient’s record.
How information is used
We do not sell information and do not use it for advertising.
If something goes wrong
If a breach of information occurs, we report it as required. To report a security concern, please email support@oneybt.com.
