What it is
YBT Health is an electronic health record system tailored to outpatient behavioral health practices. Staff may use the system to schedule appointments, complete intake, keep each patient’s chart, write and sign notes, prescribe electronically, check insurance and send claims, and answer the practice’s phone. Patients may use its portal.
Most behavioral health practices keep the chart in one system, run video in another, and answer the phone on a third. YBT Health covers all three, so the visit, the note, the prescription, and the claim stay in the same record.
The chart
Each patient’s chart holds intake, history, progress notes, and treatment plans. A clinician writes and signs the note in the same place they read the history.
Prescribing
A clinician may send a prescription to the patient’s pharmacy from within the chart, without leaving the patient’s record.
Visits
A visit booked on the YBT Health schedule opens in YBT Meet, and the transcript is available to the clinician writing the note.
Your records stay yours
Each practice that uses YBT Health remains the owner of its patients’ records. OneYBT acts as the practice’s business associate under a written agreement.
