What it is
YBT Meet is the video platform of OneYBT. It offers video visits with a waiting room, chat, and transcription that helps a clinician write their notes.
Plenty of practices keep their charts somewhere else and use YBT Meet just for visits. That works fine.
One-to-one and group sessions
YBT Meet is built for outpatient therapy, psychiatry, and medication management, one patient at a time or in a group. Practices also use it for group therapy and for their own team meetings.
Where more than one person joins a session, every participant sees a notice before joining that the session may be transcribed, and any participant may ask the clinician to switch transcription off for the whole session, or decline to take part.
Transcription
Where a clinician chooses to transcribe a visit, session audio is converted to text so they do not have to type while speaking with the patient. Patient visits are never video recorded.
What remains afterwards is the transcription record and the digital note drawn from it, each retained under your practice’s own retention policy. The clinician decides what from the transcript belongs in the patient’s record.
HIPAA
OneYBT signs a business associate agreement with each practice that uses YBT Meet. Sessions travel over encrypted connections, and information is encrypted at rest.

Works with YBT Health
YBT Meet can also be integrated with YBT Health, our electronic health record for outpatient behavioral health, so the visits a practice books in YBT Health can take place in YBT Meet and the note lands in the same record. Practices can add the record system later.
